Edwardian 1910's Stevensons Brothers Yellow Gold Chain
Edwardian Circa 1900s, this substantial chain was finely crafted in 15ct yellow gold by the Adelaide jewellers Stevenson Brothers. The design features alternating polished and textured oval links, each joined by rope-twist connectors, demonstrating refined hand-fabrication and classic period taste.
The chain is fitted with a traditional dog-clip clasp and bears the maker’s mark for Stevenson Brothers, attesting to its provenance and craftsmanship. A distinguished example of early twentieth-century Australian goldsmithing, notable for its weight, elegant construction, and excellent preservation.
